In the 1960s, us womenfelt theprofound impact of thewar in our dailylives. While supporting the men engaged in theconflict, the harsh reality ofwaralso leftitsmark on ourhearts.

Weprayed for the safety of ourloved ones, yetsimultaneously held adeepdesire for peace. Many women joinedanti-warmovements, raising theirvoices toadvocate for peace. We experienced loss, and thescars on ourhearts randeep.

Furthermore, as women entered the workforce due to the mobilization of men, societalchanges were inmotion. Despite new opportunities, ouremotions werecomplex. We sought peace andlove for our familieswhile grappling with the contradictions ofwar.

The Vietnam Warprofoundly influenced ourlives, forcing us to confront thecomplexities ofwar and peace, family, and societal challenges.


1960年代、私たち女性は日常生活を通じて戦争の影響を強く感じていました。戦争に従事する男性たちを支える一方で、戦争の現実が私たちの心にも影響を与えました。

また、女性たちが労働市場に進出し、男性が戦争に動員されたことで、社会の変革が進んでいく一方でした。新たな機会が広がりつつも、心は複雑でした。平和と家族への愛を求めつつ、戦争の矛盾に直面していたのです。

ベトナム戦争は私たちの生活に深い影響を与え、戦争と平和、家族と社会の課題に真剣に向き合わなければならない時代でした。
